Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy (Pre-Season Bookings)
Reservations made 6 months or more in advance follow our standard cancellation terms:
• 100% refund for cancellations made 60 days or more before check‑in
• 50% refund for cancellations made 31–59 days before check‑in
• No refund for cancellations made 30 days or less before check‑in
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the guest who made the reservation.
High Season & Peak Demand Periods
During high‑season dates and peak‑demand periods, cancellation terms may differ from our standard policy. These adjusted terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking and will apply to all reservations that fall within those dates.
If no alternative terms are listed for your stay, the Standard Cancellation Policy applies.
Early Departures & No shows, Travel Insurance Recommendation
• Early departures are considered cancellations and are not eligible for refunds.
• No‑shows are non‑refundable.
We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, weather disruptions, or personal emergencies that may affect travel plans.
